Got two minutes faster than when I did this back in 2017…

For the burpees, pick a pace and just hold on. You’ll see it in my video. I did pretty good on the first 2 sets, the next two, I slowed down but still a steady pace and then obviously all out on the last one.

I probably should have tried to do one less set on the 40s and 50s to cut down on transition time… I think the key on the dumbbells is finding a way to recover while you do big sets.

My lower back is pretty lit up right now so if I do this again it won’t be till Sunday or Monday.
