Being able to use the fingers together with rotation, is some of the most important thing to learn in badminton. If you don’t use finger power, you won’t be able to hit hard strokes with small and quick movements.
– Be very relaxed in your arm & fingers to get max power
– The placement of the fingers are really important, the index finger need to be placed correctly.
– Train these grips very easy in the beginning with easy exercises, making sure you hold the racket/grip correct.
– You need to also focus on rotating in your forearm to generate even more power.
Good luck out there training this.💪🏻
